Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for UK IT & Engineering roles.
Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and ATS.
Resume screening, candidate qualification, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, and hiring targets.
Requirements:
6 months–2 years of UK IT/Engineering recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Valuable understanding of IT/Engineering roles.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working onsite in a target-driven workplace.
