Cryptch IT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer – Programming Languages to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training to students and beginners in programming and software development.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, valuable communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on programming languages.
Teach programming concepts from basic to advanced levels.
Prepare and deliver lectures, practical exercises, assignments, and projects.
Guide students in writing, debugging, and optimizing programs.
Provide hands-on training through real-world examples and projects.
Evaluate students through assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
Identify students' learning difficulties and provide appropriate guidance.
Keep students updated with current programming practices and industry requirements.




Maintain proper attendance, training records, and student performance reports.
Support students in project development and interview preparation.

Programming Skills Required

Candidates should have strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
C / C
Python
Java
JavaScript
HTML & CSS
SQL / Database
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Data Structures & Algorithms
Basic Software Development concepts

Candidates with expertise in Python, C/C , Java, or Full-Stack Development will be preferred.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Valuable classroom management and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹10,028.07 - ₹42,208.52 per month
