We are hiring experienced candidates for a Technical Voice Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling international customer queries related to technical issues and providing effective troubleshooting and resolution.

CTC: Up to ₹4.3 LPA
In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹33,000/month
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Transport: Both-Side Cab / TA
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO Voice experience in a Technical Voice process
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to modem, Wi-Fi, VPN and internet connectivity
Diagnose technical issues and identify appropriate solutions
Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting
Provide accurate and effective resolutions while maintaining service quality
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required
Maintain qualified communication throughout customer interactions
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Voice – Technical Support
Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and resolve customer technical queries
Graduate candidates preferred
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners only
Key Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must currently be based in Delhi or Gurgaon/Gurugram.
Candidates requiring relocation to Gurgaon will NOT be considered.
Only immediate joiners are eligible for this position.
