Techno-Functional engineer/Application Support Engineer-LOS & LMS (Python)

Job Responsibility
Provide L1 & L2 support for LOS, LMS, and related applications.
 Coordinate with LOS/LMS Software development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
Understand Python-based application logic and assist in debugging and troubleshooting.
Conduct UAT and verify releases before production deployment.
Conduct user training on LOS, LMS, and other internal systems and provide ongoing support. Train employees across Sales, Credit, Operations, Finance, and Collections on LOS/LMS.
Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documents.
Gather business requirements and coordinate with vendors for implementation.
Monitor application performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience
3–5 years in NBFC/FinTech.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
