We are looking for a Banca Officer to drive insurance sales through bank branches and build solid relationships with bank partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Conduct customer meetings and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with branch teams for lead generation and conversions.
Requirements
2+ Years of BFSI/Insurance Sales experience.
Graduation is mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales and relationship-building skills.
Candidates with banca or life insurance experience will be preferred.
