Key Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Establish, maintain, and strengthen trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Client Retention: Track customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to reduce client churn.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point to resolve customer complaints or technical issues quickly and effectively.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Understand client business needs and proactively suggest relevant products or services to increase revenue.
Feedback Collection: Gather regular feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to improve our offerings.
Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensur
e smooth adoption of our services.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Experience:



[X] years of proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or a similar customer-facing role.
Tools: Solid hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and profiles in our CRM software.
Skills: Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Attributes: Highly empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
