Position: Telecaller & Order Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers and dealers for order collection and follow-up.
Receive, verify and process customer orders.
Maintain daily order and customer records.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
Follow up on pending orders and payments.
Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
Maintain valuable communication and customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly order and calling targets.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
