Job Overview:

Role: Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound client communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
Manage client escalations by coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and MIS reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.




Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and effective assistance.

Qualifications:
Mcom/MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Valuable customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
