Role: Telecaller

Experience: 0–3 years

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide required information.
Explain products, services, offers and other details to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers.
Update customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Positive Hindi/English communication; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
Confident and polite personality.
Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
