Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and execute creative design concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, brochures, presentations, email templates, and other promotional materials.
Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to create compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Develop UI/UX prototypes and design user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and digital products, ensuring seamless user experiences across all platforms.
Interact closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
Design and manage marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality output across print and digital platforms.
Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-impact visual designs.
Work with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) to create well-designed presentations and marketing documentation.
Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for web and mobile platforms.




Stay updated on design trends and best practices in UI/UX to create designs that engage users and drive interaction.
Work along with the project team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a high quality standard.

Key Skills Required:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Experience in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns across print and digital media.
Proficiency in UI/UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and user journey mapping.
Robust understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating visually appealing presentations.
