In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over phone calls, understanding their requirements, providing the right information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

We are looking for people who can communicate naturally, confidently, and professionally. Solid communication skills are essential for this role, especially in both English and Hindi .

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Communicate with customers in fluent English and Hindi
Understand customer requirements and respond appropriately
Follow up with customers as required




Maintain accurate call and customer interaction records
Meet assigned productivity and quality targets
Represent GRX10 professionally in every customer interaction

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Clear pronunciation and robust listening skills
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
Ability to understand conversations and respond appropriately
Comfortable working in a target-driven setting
Basic computer skills
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
