We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our energetic Real Estate Sales Team and be the voice that drives our growth!

In Telesales, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from our database.
Pitch real estate projects with clarity and enthusiasm.
Conduct cold calls to identify and convert recent leads.
Schedule and coordinate client visits to our office or project sites.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in telecalling or telemarketing (real estate industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections with a positive mindset.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

Education:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
