Experience: 2–5 years in Tool Room / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day tool room activities and tool maintenance.
Manufacture, modify and repair tools, fixtures and jigs as required.
Operate conventional machines such as lathe, milling, drilling and grinding machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Ensure accuracy and quality of tools and components.
Carry out preventive maintenance of tools and fixtures.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for tool requirements.
Maintain tool room records, inventory and documentation.
Troubleshoot tool-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Follow safety,
5S and housekeeping standards.
Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of tool room operations and machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier, micrometer and gauges.
Hands-on experience with conventional/CNC machines.
Valuable problem-solving and technical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
