Core Responsibilities
Floor Operations: Monitor dining room service, ensuring food and drinks are served correctly and on time.
Guest Relations: Welcome guests, explain menu items, and help resolve complaints.
Staff Support: Help organize staff duty rosters and guide junior stewards or waiters.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic inventory tracking, cost control, and shift briefings.
Learning & Compliance: Train on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or degree in hotel management or hospitality.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in food and beverage service (as a steward or waiter).
Skills: Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic computer literacy.
Attributes: Willingness to work versatile schedule, ability to stand for long periods, and eagerness to lead

Pay: ₹12,526.36 - ₹18,000.00 per month
