Role Objective We are looking for a Tender Executive with solid experience in handling government tender portals and e-procurement processes. The candidate will play a key role in managing the entire tendering process and supporting business development efforts within the infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities • End-to-end management of the tendering process on various government portals such as eProcure, GeM, MSTC, and state-specific portals.
Identification of suitable tenders, downloading tender documents, and evaluating requirements.
Preparing and submitting technical and financial bids as per guidelines and deadlines.
Coordinating with internal teams for document preparation, certifications, and compliance.
Maintaining records of submitted tenders, status tracking, and timely follow-ups.
Ensuring compliance with tender conditions and government regulations.
Managing vendor registrations and empanelments with government bodies.
Supporting audits, MIS reports,



and documentation related to tendering activities.

Candidate

Profile • Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with additional certifications in tender management/procurement.
26 years of experience in tendering within the infrastructure/construction industry.
Strong working knowledge of government e-tendering portals (Central & State).
Hands-on experience with eProcure, GeM, MSTC, and related systems.
Excellent coordination, documentation, and compliance management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to work under strict timelines.
