Job Title: Trainee - O2C (Order to Cash)
Location: Bangalore
Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our O2C team. The role involves supporting collections, customer payment follow-ups, billing query resolution, and maintaining customer account records.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
Assist in resolving billing and payment-related queries.
Maintain customer records and collection data.
Support reporting and account reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Finance Operations.
