Job Title: Logistics Trainer / Supply Chain Trainer
Primary Goal: To make sure warehouse staff, drivers, and coordinators work safely, follow rules, and use logistics tools the right way. [1]
Key Responsibilities
Teach Classes: Run training sessions for current hires and current workers on shipping, inventory control, and transport tasks.
Build Material: Make lesson plans, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Show Software: Train teams on tools like Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and load-tracking boards.
Test Skills: Run mock calls, practical exams, or safety checks to see if trainees understand the work.
Track Results: Measure how well trainees perform and give helpful feedback to improve future training. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
