Role Description

Handle customer inquiries for air tickets, hotels, holiday packages, transfers, travel insurance, and other travel services.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options based on budget and preferences.

Search and compare airline fares, schedules, baggage allowances, and applicable conditions.

Prepare and share qualified travel quotations with customers.

Make and manage flight, hotel, and other travel reservations.

Follow up with customers on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and develop recent business opportunities.

Handle ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes as required.





Provide customers with accurate information regarding travel documents, visa requirements, baggage rules, and airline policies.

Ensure all bookings and customer information are accurately recorded in the company's systems.

Monitor pending bookings, payments, ticketing deadlines, and booking confirmations.

Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue objectives.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products and services.

Keep updated with airline promotions, special fares, destination information, and travel industry developments.
