Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international travel.
Prepare quotations for flight tickets, hotels, holiday packages, and complete travel itineraries.
Handle air ticket bookings, cancellations, date changes, reissues, and refunds.
Search and book suitable hotels based on customer requirements and budget.
Design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries according to customer preferences.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
Explain package inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, payment terms, and travel conditions to customers.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trip.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and booking-related issues professionally.
Coordinate all confirmed bookings and ensure vouchers, tickets, and travel documents are provided on time.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
