Role Objective

The Travel Sales Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to turn their travel dreams into reality. You will be responsible for designing custom travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for every traveler.

Key Responsibilities

● Sales & Consulting: Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Understand client requirements to recommend the best destinations and packages.

● Itinerary Design: Create detailed, cost-effective, and attractive travel itineraries (Domestic & International).

● Vendor Management: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local transporters to secure the best rates and confirm bookings.

● Documentation: Assist clients with visa requirements,



travel insurance, and necessary permits.

● Customer Support: Provide "on-trip" support to resolve any issues travelers might face (cancellations, delays, or changes).

● Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

Candidate Requirements

● Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the travel industry (Sales or Operations). Freshers with a degree in Tourism are also welcome.

● Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Marathi is a huge plus for the Pune market.

● Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Galileo is preferred.

● Soft Skills: Solid negotiation skills, multitasking ability, and a "customer-first" attitude.
