Comfort Destination is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

The candidate will handle travel enquiries, understand customer requirements, suggest suitable holiday packages, follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Understand customer requirements such as destination, budget, dates, number of travellers and hotel preferences.
Prepare and explain customised holiday packages.
Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
Negotiate and handle customer queries regarding packages and pricing.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain proper lead notes and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
Build valuable relationships with customers and encourage repeat/referral bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

What We’re Looking For

Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Good Hindi and English communication.




Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and computers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Candidates with travel, sales, telecalling or customer-service experience will be an added advantage.
