Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), FRS, and user stories.

Prepare Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.

Execute test cases and validate payment/card transaction flows.

Perform E2E validation across Cards, Payments, CBS, and Digital Channels.

Log, track, and manage defects using Jira/ALM.

Coordinate with Business, Development, and Production Support teams.

Support defect triage and root cause analysis.

Provide daily/weekly status reports to project stakeholders.
