Job Purpose
Lead and manage Performance Linked Pay (PLP) and CV-WC portfolio processes, ensuring compliance, innovation, and operational excellence. Oversee audit observations and regulatory adherence to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Linked Pay
Formulate and sign off on PLP for front-line staff.
Streamline processes and drive system enhancements.
Coordinate with stakeholders for timely PLP release.
Generate reports for senior management reviews.
Audit and Compliance
Review and address business audit observations.
Monitor regulatory parameters for policy adherence.
Analyze audit reports and rectify exceptions.
Proactively minimize internal audit observations.
CV WC Policy
Monitor and review CV WC portfolio performance.
Simplify processes and improve turnaround time.
Drive portfolio quality improvements with stakeholders.
Review and recommend large ticket proposals.
Digital Integration
Automate manual processes and enhance systems.
Develop user-friendly modules based on feedback.
Drive digital initiatives for process improvements.
Qualitative & Others
Recommend and implement policy and process improvements.
Prepare senior management reports and presentations.
Handle escalations and streamline processes.
Drive corrective actions to meet vertical objectives.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with sales, operations, and policy teams.
Collaborate with IT and BTG for process automation.
People Management
Mentor and guide team members.
Enhance team skills with L&D; collaboration.
Monitor and drive effective hiring processes.
Ensure adherence to business ethics and values.
Education:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant field.
