Key Responsibilities:
Handle train and air ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Assist customers in selecting the best travel options based on their requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding fares, routes, schedules, and policies.
Process payments and issue invoices for bookings.
Coordinate with airlines, railways, and travel partners for smooth ticketing operations.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Keep track of industry trends, fare changes, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
Experience in train and air ticket booking (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge of travel booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or IRCTC portal (a plus).
Robust communication and customer service skills.
