Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Conduct interactive sessions on BFSI domain topics such as banking fundamentals, financial products, KYC/AML, customer service, insurance, and financial inclusion.
Teach modules related to banking operations, loans, credit services, and digital banking.
Deliver soft skills and qualified skills training, including communication, customer handling, grooming, workplace ethics, and interview preparation.
Use real-life case studies, role plays, and activities to enhance understanding.
Student Engagement Mentoring
Monitor student progress and provide individual support wherever necessary.
Prepare students for job interviews in BFSI roles.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and active participation during sessions.
Content Assessment
Support curriculum implementation as per NIIT Foundation guidelines.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
Maintain training reports, batch files, and documentation as per project standards.
Coordination Reporting
Coordinate with center teams, placement officers, and project managers.




Ensure timely submission of reports and student performance data.
Participate in internal review meetings, trainings, and refresher workshops.

Requirements
Education
Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics).
Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in Finance or related field preferred.
Experience
13 years of experience in the BFSI sector or in training/teaching roles.
