Job OverviewWe are seeking a charismatic, organized, and versatile Video Presenter cum Coordinator to join our media team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on-screen while driving the organization and coordination of our video production projects behind the scenes. The ideal candidate excels at engaging an audience on camera and possesses the exceptional multitasking skills required to manage production schedules, scripts, and team logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Camera Presentation
Host and present various video content formats, including marketing promos, tutorials, interviews, social media clips, and corporate announcements.
Deliver scripts naturally and engagingly, maintaining a high level of energy and professionalism on camera.
Conduct live streams and interactive Q&A; sessions with the audience when required.
Adapt presentation styles to suit different digital platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Production Coordination
Manage production schedules, ensuring all video projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate team logistics, including scheduling videographers, editors, scriptwriters, and external guests or talent.
Assist in scriptwriting and storyboarding,



collaborating closely with content creators to refine the narrative flow.
Oversee pre-production tasks, such as booking filming locations, sourcing props, and ensuring equipment readiness.
Organize media assets, keeping video files, B-roll footage, and graphics organized for the post-production team.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 2+ years of experience in on-camera presentation, hosting, broadcast journalism, or video production coordination.
Portfolio: A robust showreel or portfolio demonstrating on-camera presence, transparent articulation, and engagement.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of video production workflows, lighting, and audio equipment. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
