:
Responsible for conducting training and induction programs for current and existing employees, improving employee skills, and ensuring effective understanding of company processes and work requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct training and induction sessions for employees.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and activities.
Provide product, process, communication, and soft-skills training.
Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct assessments and track training effectiveness.
Maintain daily training records and MIS.
Coordinate with HR and management regarding training requirements.
Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate coaching.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
