What you will actually do
Own end-to-end product design for the Eduhubspot platform: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, edge cases, empty states, error states,etc.
Build and maintain our design system so the product stays coherent as it grows; components, tokens, states, documentation
Design current features from a rough problem statement. You will often be the one who defines what the screen should even be
Bring motion into the product where it earns its place: micro-interactions, transitions, loading and success states, onboarding moments that feel alive rather than decorative
Prototype quick and often. We would rather see three rough directions on day two than one polished screen on day ten
Work directly with engineering to make sure what ships matches what was designed, down to the padding
Support brand and marketing surfaces when a launch demands it: landing pages, launch assets, event collateral, the occasional social or video asset
Run a continuous audit of our own product; find what is ugly, slow, confusing or dated, and fix it without being asked
