Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design strategy and user experience across L&T; Finance's digital platforms, including the PLANET App, Partner PLANET, Website, and future digital initiatives. The role requires robust expertise in user-centered design, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
Own and evolve the Design System to ensure consistency across products.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering,



and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
Review implementations to ensure adherence to design standards and accessibility guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends and fintech best practices.

Skills & Qualifications
7–12 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or consumer digital products.
Robust proficiency in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web applications.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
