Role Summary:

The IC HR Operations (Payroll & Leave Management) will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll, leave tracking, and compliance with statutory regulations. The role requires solid attention to detail, process orientation, and familiarity with HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
Manage leave administration, attendance tracking, and leave reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other labor regulations.
Maintain employee records and update HR systems regularly.
Respond to employee queries related to payroll, leave, and HR policies.
Assist in HR reporting, dashboards, and MIS generation.
Support audits and ensure payroll and leave records are accurate and complete.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.

Experience & Qualifications:
Experience: 35 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or leave management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS systems is preferred.
Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) is required.
