Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and software applications.
Understand user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Review implemented designs and ensure consistency with approved designs.
Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills




2–3 years of qualified experience in UI/UX Design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive designs.
Good understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
Ability to create visually appealing and functional interfaces.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Positive attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience designing web and desktop applications.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development will be an advantage.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
