Job Summary The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The GRE acts as the first point of contact, manages guest interactions, and helps deliver a memorable dining and bar experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and qualified manner.
Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
Manage table reservations and waiting lists.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with the restaurant and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow up with guests during and after their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.




Maintain accurate reservation records and guest feedback.
Assist in promoting special events, menu items, and ongoing offers.
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Build positive relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat visits.
Support the management team in achieving customer satisfaction and service quality goals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
