Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Middle School Chemistry Teacher to join our academic team at our school on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry/Science to middle school students in accordance with the ICSE curriculum, creating engaging learning experiences, conducting practical activities, assessing student progress, and supporting students in their overall academic development.

The ideal candidate should have solid Chemistry subject knowledge, excellent English communication skills, effective classroom management abilities, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Lesson Planning
Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry/Science lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and other teaching resources.
Use activity-based, inquiry-based, and experiential learning methods.
Explain scientific concepts using demonstrations, experiments, visual aids, and real-life examples.




Integrate appropriate digital tools and technology into classroom teaching.

Practical & Laboratory Teaching
Conduct age-appropriate Chemistry experiments and demonstrations.
Ensure students follow laboratory safety procedures.
Coordinate with laboratory staff for chemicals, equipment, and practical requirements.
Encourage students to develop observation, experimentation, and scientific reasoning skills.

Student Assessment
Conduct regular tests, quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations.
Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Identify students requiring additional academic support and implement suitable interventions.

Classroom Management
Create a positive, secure, inclusive, and engaging classroom setting.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive and age-appropriate strategies.
Encourage participation, curiosity, questioning, and independent thinking.
Support students with different learning abilities and needs.

Student Development
Mentor and motivate students in their academic and personal development.
Guide students for science projects, exhibitions,

Pay: ₹10,309.77 - ₹45,000.00 per month
