Responsibilities:
Prepare US partnership and corporate income tax returns, including Form 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
Handle a return mix of approximately Partnerships (1065), S-Corporations (1120S), and C-Corporations (1120).
Organize workpapers, maintain open-item lists, and conduct self-review before submitting work for review.
Provide technical assistance, tax planning, and research on US income tax matters.
Develop and communicate appropriate solutions when identifying tax-related issues.
Keep clients informed about tax developments that may affect their business.
Develop an understanding of the Firm’s services and identify prospects to provide additional services to existing and new clients.
Stay updated on tax changes and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and policies,



including timely time entry.
Actively prepare for and pursue the CPA examination until successful completion.
Maintain required CPE and meet Firm and licensing standards.

Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in US Business Tax Return Preparation.
Robust hands-on experience with 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage tax preparation work independently.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:
Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
US CPA certification.
