Responsibilities
Post jobs and source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and interview candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Check credentials, licenses, and background requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future needs.
Keep records updated in the applicant tracking system.
Provide transparent communication and support to candidates throughout the process.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of recruiting experience (USA healthcare preferred).
Good knowledge of healthcare roles and compliance requirements, Visas, 1099, C2C etc.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
