Roles and responsibilities
Minimum 1+ year of experience in US IT full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening / conducting telephonic interview, co-ordination and candidate engagement.
Solid working experience of job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.
Sound knowledge of various IT skills in the US Job Market tax terms, work authorizations, work types etc.
Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques
(Boolean, Xray searches etc.)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in suing MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook)
Eye for detail with multi-tasking skills.
