About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US business hours and should have a robust interest in US staffing and talent acquisition.

You will work closely with our US-based teams and clients to understand hiring requirements, identify qualified candidates, manage the recruitment process, and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze job requirements received from US teams/clients.
Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and evaluate suitability for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and US team
