IT/OT Infrastructure Professionals

LIMS / LES / Laboratory Systems Professional
Understand and correctly position technologies, equipment, systems, regulatory requirements, and project responsibilities.
Convert candidate project experience into clear, technical, achievement-oriented resume bullets.
Perform JD-to-resume gap analysis and identify relevant experience that should be emphasized.




Optimize resumes for ATS keyword matching while maintaining readability.
Maintain factual accuracy and ensure no unsupported experience is added.

Required Skills

2+ years of skilled resume-writing experience, preferably supporting US staffing/recruitment.
Robust written English and excellent grammar.

Strong knowledge of ATS resume optimization.
Ability to research unfamiliar technical terminology quickly.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple resumes and priorities within deadlines.
