Role

LMDmax is hiring a US Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment for US-based clients, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen Non-IT candidates.

Make 100–150 outbound calls daily.

Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Coordinate with US clients and hiring managers.

Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Maintain candidate records and pipelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Robust English communication skills.

US Non-IT recruitment experience preferred.

Comfortable with night shifts and high-volume calling.

Willing to work onsite in Mansarovar, Jaipur.
