Robust leadership and communication skills.
Positive decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in team management or operations preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations of the assigned unit.
Lead, guide, and monitor the team to achieve targets.
Plan and allocate work among team members.
Monitor performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Handle customer and operational issues effectively.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
Prepare reports and track unit performance.
Ensure discipline, quality, and company policies are maintained.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
