Financial Management & Control
Oversee daily revenue reconciliation (Front Office, F&B;, POS vs Accounts).
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure liquidity at unit level.
Control payroll costs, food & beverage cost percentages, and operating expenses.
Ensure timely vendor payments and manage contracts to avoid overpricing.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure GST compliance and accurate filing of statutory returns.
Verify MIS reports from departments and prevent manipulation or forgery.
Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and unit-level P&L.;
Maintain audit readiness and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
Operational Oversight
Supervise handling of virtual card payments and ensure proper accounting.
Monitor high balance guests and credit limits.
Implement financial discipline across departments where HODs may lack finance knowledge.
Track KPIs such as RevPAR, GOPPAR, Payroll %, Food Cost %, and Energy Costs.
Risk Management & Integrity
Identify and resolve fraud, shortages,



or irregularities in stores/accounts.
Ensure robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
Escalate policy deviations and resist pressure to approve unauthorized expenses.
Leadership & Training
Train staff on accuracy in reporting, compliance, and financial processes.
Guide operational teams on cost control without compromising guest satisfaction.
Balance staff welfare (salary, incentives, menu planning) with financial prudence.
Strategic Planning
Develop cost-saving measures during low occupancy periods.
Optimize electricity, LPG, and other utilities consumption.
Align financial goals with guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
