The work:
Raw gameplay footage gets sent to you
You find the funny moments and cut them into 15–45 second clips
Beat-matched edits, punchy sound design, text hooks that work with sound off
AI voiceovers where they fit narration, commentary, character voices
Ongoing output, not a one-off project
Requirements:
You watch short-form content and understand why some clips perform and others don't
Comfortable with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs or similar) and know how to write lines that actually land
Rapid turnaround, consistent volume
Gaming content experience is a plus, but solid comedy or meme edits count just as much
Not this role:
Cinematic trailers
Anyone who needs a detailed brief for every single clip
