Role & responsibilities:
Create and edit engaging videos for real estate projects, properties and social media platforms.
Edit property walkthroughs, site visit videos, promotional videos, reels and short-form content.
Add captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, graphics and other visual elements as required.
Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional content according to current trends.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to understand content requirements.
Edit raw footage from property shoots and convert it into skilled marketing videos.
Ensure videos maintain consistent branding, quality and visual style.
Organize and manage video footage, project files and completed content.
Deliver projects within agreed timelines and make revisions based on feedback.

• Stay updated with social media video trends, editing techniques and content formats.

Preferred candidate profile:
13 years of experience in video editing preferred; freshers with a robust portfolio can also apply.




Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media content formats.
Knowledge of transitions, color correction, audio editing, motion graphics and subtitles.
Creative mindset with good visual sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as with the marketing team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in real estate, property marketing or digital marketing content will be an advantage.
