Visa Executive Intern – 3 Months
Assist customers with visa application forms, documentation requirements, and basic application procedures.
Assist in checking and organizing visa documents as per embassy and consulate requirements.
Support the team in preparing and submitting visa applications through relevant portals and visa application centers.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding application status, missing documents, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of visa applications and update application status regularly.
Respond to basic customer queries and provide assistance throughout the visa application process.
Learn and understand visa requirements and procedures for different countries.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the given timelines.

Requirements

Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Interest in the travel and visa processing industry.
Candidates who are organized, responsible, and comfortable communicating with customers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
