Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end back-end operations for Unsecured Loans and Two Wheeler Loans.
Handle loan processing, documentation, and system updates efficiently.
Perform reconciliations, payment authorizations, and backend operational activities.
Coordinate with RPCs and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
Ensure timely closure of pending cases, exceptions, and operational gaps while maintaining smooth workflow.
Preferred candidate profile
4+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Graduate from any recognised institutions.
Proficient in MS Office.
