About the RoleProcessing of all Individual and Corporate Demat Account and uploading the KYC in respective application.
Having valuable knowledge about demat activities to respond to client. Handling customer queries and complaints and providing resolution on time.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure TAT to be 100% of account opening pertaining to PMS custody and Corporate Demat account.
Ensure error free processing of requests received from custody and branches thereby adhering to prescribed guidelines.
Ensure 100 % productivity and completion of the activities assigned on a daily basis.
Audit & Compliance requirements of the department has to be ensured at all times.
Positive Communication skill to manage mails received from Branches clients and Regulatory
QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:
Graduate
Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector
NISM Certification
Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
Knowledge of Demat Account Opening Individual as well as corporate accounts.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
Valuable communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
Ability to manage complex client situations
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
