We are looking for a Data & Insights Analyst with robust hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Python. The candidate will build dashboards, analyse AI/contact-center performance and automate reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
Extract data from SQL databases, APIs, CRM, ticketing systems, Excel and other sources.
Build reliable data models and reporting structures.
Develop dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
Track AI and contact-center metrics such as containment, FCR, escalation, accuracy, CSAT, latency and cost/contact.
Analyse customer conversations and transcripts to identify trends and gaps.
Automate reporting and alerts using Power Automate/Python.
Build pre- and post-deployment performance reports.
Present insights to client stakeholders.
