Fleet Supervisor Field Operations

About the role

Own the day-to-day performance of a driver fleet. This is a field-first role: you'll spend most of your time with drivers on the ground, keeping vehicles ready and KPIs on track.

What you'll do
Run daily driver and vehicle operations in your assigned area
Coach, engage and follow up with drivers on the field every day
Track attendance, online hours, trip productivity and service quality
Support driver onboarding and training
Keep vehicles road-ready: maintenance, repairs, inspections, incidents
Resolve driver issues, customer complaints and escalations quick
Enforce safety, policy and operational standards
Report daily performance to the Team Leader

What you bring
Diploma / Bachelor's in Automotive, Logistics, Transportation,



Business or similar
4+ years in fleet, transportation, logistics, ride-hailing or field ops
Hands-on experience managing drivers and daily fleet operations
Solid people skills: you can engage and motivate drivers
Basic spoken and written English
KPI-driven, quick problem-solver, comfortable in a rapid-paced field setting
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and mobile apps
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the operational area

Bonus points Background in ride-hailing, taxi, mobility or commercial fleet operations.
