Role & responsibilities :
Provide direct & indirect patient care in all departments and wards
On a rotational basis, perform all nursing related work with utmost courtesy, dignity & empathy towards patients coming to the hospital to avail various services.

Patient care in OPD & IPD
Provide all detail about the procedures, medications, and answer patient queries & subsequent follow-up.
Completing all consents for various procedures in the OPD
Queue management of patients for consultations
Complete nursing assessment of patients before they go for consultations
Reporting & documenting USG findings/treatment plan in File/Portal.
Documenting the prescribed medication / Plan of treatment in the HIS
Administer injection to patient/donor, as prescribed in file.
Maintain stock of all required injections/drugs.
Ensure Cold Chain, as required.
Take regular rounds in in patient wards and ensure proper medication administration, vital checks and patient care
Inform patient condition and any adverse events to consultants




Act promptly in any emergency situation and stabilize patients

Ensure the ER/ Triage is well maintained and all resuscitation drugs are made available

Preferred candidate profile
Ensure all procedures are carried out as per the SOP, and are compliant with the Policies on Universal Protection, Biomedical Hazard & Infection Control.
Ensure a clean and protected workplace always.
Provide for and respect patients' privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Adherence to therapeutic standards; ensuring quality health care outcomes against patient care goals & regulatory standards.
Safeguard & keep inventory of equipment and supplies, as required.
Care and maintenance of linen and equipment.
Participate in emergency drills along with other staff like CPR/fire drills.

Responsible for infection control function for the center, and will be responsible for all infection control related tasks
