Two Openings for Sales Executives - Interiors

Role Description

This is a full time, in office role based in Hyderabad. The role will support inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting the company services, understanding customer requirements, and collaborating with the design team to prepare quotations and proposals. The role also involves conducting site visits, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. The role will also contribute to local marketing initiatives, attend client meetings, gather feedback, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from first contact to project handover.

Roles & Responsibilities
Meet individual and team targets for net-current revenue, new mandates, and meetings
Grow pipeline of new sales and incremental business across allocated client portfolio




Act as a point of escalation for clients and the Client Service teams, ensuring best in class service is constantly being delivered.
Interacting with clients, potential leads
Outlining business proposition
Identifying product and service gap
Creating Customer Segmentation
Researching and staying up-to-date on latest market trends and advancements.
Being a part of client and design team meetings
Closing sales leads
Material Selection

Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective and existing clients.
Basic sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline follow-up, and negotiation support, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related sectors.
Ability to understand and explain design concepts, budgets, and timelines clearly and confidently to customers.
Comfort using digital tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, email, and messaging platforms for
